Light multi-purpose aircraft X-32 "Bekas" was designed by the designers of the Kharkov Aviation Institute in the form of its prototype KhAI-48, then later modernized in the form of a serial Kh-32, was produced in Kharkov and is still being produced in the Russian Federation and has been successfully operated since 1994, not only in the CIS countries and neighboring countries, but in the countries of Africa, the Middle East, India, Latin America.

The aircraft is a high-wing strut wing with a pusher power plant with a fixed pitch propeller, a T-tail, a tricycle non-retractable landing gear, a crew rescue system together with the aircraft and is designed for flights in simple weather conditions (PMU) according to the visual flight rules.

The aircraft can be equipped with both land landing gear and float landing gear (for taking off and landing from the water surface) and ski landing gear (for taking off and landing on snowy runways.)

The main application of the X-32 was in:

- Aerial chemical works by the method of ultra-low-volume pollination of fields in agriculture when performing work on pest control of fields, top dressing of the soil, dressing from weeds, desiccation;

- As an aircraft for initial flight training and training flights;
